    The CRM

    Tasks, calendar, and showings

Keeping the day organized, syncing with Google or Outlook, and coordinating property tours.

    Updated August 2026

    Tasks

Tasks are the follow-ups. They can be linked to a deal, a listing, or a contact, which is how they show up in context later rather than becoming an orphaned to-do list.

Tasks are created three ways: by you, by an automation you have configured, and by the assistant when you ask it to. Task creation is one of the few actions that is allowed to happen without your approval, because a task has no outside consequence and nothing leaves the account.

    Calendar

The calendar holds meetings, showings, closings, and deadlines. Connect Google Calendar or Outlook from Settings and events sync both directions, so a closing you put on your work calendar shows up against the deal, and a showing scheduled in SuiteCRE appears on your phone.

The integration requests only calendar event access. It does not read your mail through the calendar connection.

    Showings

Showings are property tours with a requester attached. They can be created by you or requested by a buyer through a listing’s public page, where you approve or reschedule rather than having your calendar written to directly.

A completed showing logs itself as an interaction on the contact, so the person who toured a property three months ago is still visible in their history when you are deciding who to call.

    Notifications and the daily brief

The platform notifies you about the things that have consequences: escalated buyer questions, deals going stale, diligence dates approaching, and new qualified leads. You control which categories you receive and through which channel: in-app, push to your phone, or a scheduled daily brief.

Notifications can be snoozed and given a reminder frequency, so an alert you are not ready to act on comes back rather than disappearing into a read pile.
