AI and assistants
The assistant on your phone
Reach your CRM over WhatsApp and SMS: pairing, what you can ask for, and the daily brief.
Updated August 2026
Most brokering happens away from a desk. There is no native app to download. SuiteCRE runs in your phone’s browser, and you can install it to the home screen from there, where it opens full screen and keeps you signed in. Alongside that, WhatsApp and SMS give you a text interface to the same assistant, so you can check the pipeline from a parking lot and log a call before you have forgotten the details.
Pairing your number
From Settings, request a pairing code and send it from the phone you want to use. That links your number to your account. Only a paired number can reach your data, and you can unpair at any time.
WhatsApp is the primary channel. SMS is supported, with a standards-compliant opt-in. You confirm before anything is sent to you, every message identifies SuiteCRE, and every message carries an opt-out. Reply to opt out and delivery stops immediately.
What you can ask for
- Status: “Do I have showings Tuesday?”, “What’s my pipeline look like?”
- Changes: “Move the Oak Ave deal to under contract”, “Add a task to send the rent roll Friday”
- Capture: dictate what happened on a call and have it filed against the right contact
- Drafting: ask for a follow-up and review it in the app later
Long requests
Anything substantial runs as a background job. You will get an acknowledgement immediately and the result when it is ready, rather than a request that times out because it was doing real work.
The same approval rules
Everything in the broker assistant applies here. The assistant will draft an email over WhatsApp; it will not send it. Actions with outside consequences pass through the same approval gate they would in the app.
Daily brief
You can schedule a daily brief covering what is on the calendar, what needs attention, and what changed, delivered at a time you choose. It is the feature most brokers end up using more than the chat itself.
Usage
A request sent from your phone counts as one AI message, the same as a turn in the app.
