One request that requires the assistant to think: a turn in a chat, a voice exchange, a request sent from WhatsApp or SMS, or an agent step that needs the assistant, such as drafting a follow-up. Ordinary CRM use does not count, and neither do deterministic actions such as creating a task, moving a deal stage, or running a report.

No. Conversations on your public listing pages are covered separately and do not draw down your monthly messages, however busy a listing gets.

You get a warning at 80% of your allowance. Past 100%, additional messages bill as usage on your invoice at $0.35 each on Core CRM and $0.20 on Broker AI. At twice your included allowance there is a soft cap: you have to explicitly opt in to keep going, so a runaway month cannot happen without you agreeing to it. If you are consistently over on Core CRM, annual Broker AI is almost always cheaper than paying the overage.

New accounts get 14 days. Trials are one per account and cannot be restarted by re-subscribing. Nothing is deleted when a trial ends. The account becomes read-limited until you pick a plan, and everything is there when you come back.

Any time, from Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for.

Yes. Contacts, deals, listings, and commissions export to spreadsheet formats and documents can be downloaded, and that stays true after cancellation. Cancelling a plan does not lock you out of your own records.

Both plans are single-broker. Team and brokerage pricing exists, so get in touch rather than stacking individual seats. The shared-data setup is different.

Only you. Every record is isolated to your account at the database layer, not just in application code, so a request cannot return another account's rows even if something asks it to. The AI features only ever read the account making the request, and buyer chat is limited to a single listing and its documents. The security documentation has the full picture.
