    Changelog

Everything we ship, in the order we shipped it. For how a feature works rather than when it landed, see the documentation.

    1. August 19, 2026

Specialized agents, the deal advisor, and a faster assistant

The revenue agents became specialists rather than one generalist, and the assistant got meaningfully quicker.

      • NewEach revenue agent now runs with its own focus and its own slice of tools instead of sharing one generic setup, which makes what they produce more relevant and more consistent.
      • NewA deal advisor that reads a specific deal's own numbers and suggests negotiation structures — TI, free rent, term trades — rather than generic advice.
      • NewRun any agent on demand instead of waiting for its schedule, so you can take a fresh pass before a pipeline review.
      • NewPin the assistant conversations you keep coming back to, and delete the ones you don't.
      • ImprovedCut the work behind every assistant request substantially. Chats start faster and stay responsive on long threads.
      • ImprovedThe Leasing agent is now the Deals agent — the name matches what it actually does.
      • FixedAssistant chats no longer stall part-way through a heavier request.
    2. August 18, 2026

Call intelligence, spreadsheet reading, and social sign-in

Calls became structured records, the assistant learned to read your document library, and signing in got easier.

      • NewAssign calls to contacts and get call intelligence out of them — a summary, the follow-ups that were committed to, and the requirements and objections that came up.
      • NewReview and delete recent call activity from one place.
      • NewSign in with Google or Microsoft.
      • NewThe assistant can now read documents from your broker library, not just listing documents.
      • ImprovedSpreadsheet uploads have their contents extracted, so a rent roll uploaded as a spreadsheet is searchable and readable rather than an opaque attachment.
      • ImprovedNew accounts get a first-run greeting and setup checklist, and a dashboard that shows something useful before there is data in it.
      • ImprovedAgent cards on the dashboard are configurable.
    3. August 17, 2026

Full-page contacts, leasing intent, and compliant SMS

Contacts became a real page instead of a panel, and the SMS channel got a proper opt-in flow.

      • NewA full-page contact view with details, interaction history, deals, and notes in one place.
      • NewLeasing intent on tenant-side contacts: the space they need, size range, submarkets, and timeline.
      • NewA standards-compliant SMS opt-in flow. Messages identify SuiteCRE, carry an opt-out, and stop immediately when you reply to opt out.
      • NewNotification scheduling controls — complete, snooze, and set how often a reminder comes back.
      • NewThe public lead intake form now captures whether someone is looking to sell.
    4. August 12, 2026

The assistant on your phone, and a scheduled daily brief

The phone channel got the full tool set behind an approval gate, plus a brief you can schedule.

      • NewThe assistant reachable from your phone now has the full tool set, behind the same approval gate as the app — it drafts, you send.
      • NewA daily brief you schedule yourself: what's on the calendar, what needs attention, and what changed.
      • ImprovedLonger requests from your phone run as background jobs, so a request that does real work no longer times out.
      • ImprovedLive voice greets you by name when it connects.
      • FixedLive voice no longer picks up its own audio on mobile.
    5. August 1–5, 2026

Parcel data, a comps database, and listing import

The market intelligence side got its foundation: county parcel records, real comps, and a way to pull listings in without retyping them.

      • NewCounty parcel data with submarket search, so you can find owners by property type and area and work off-market.
      • NewA comps database with market metrics, including sale comps sourced from recorded deeds where county data is available.
      • NewParcel boundaries drawn on property maps, including the lot lines on an offering memo's location page.
      • NewLink a listing to its parcel record so ownership and sales history carry through automatically.
      • NewImport a listing by URL from a supported marketplace instead of entering it by hand.
      • ImprovedLead quality filters, so you can tune how aggressive lead matching is.
      • ImprovedNominal and unreliable recorded prices are reported as such rather than being treated as real sales.
    6. July 30, 2026

      The workspace builder

The dashboard became something you compose, and plain-English automations arrived alongside it.

      • NewBuild your dashboard: add, reorder, resize, and hide widgets, on desktop by dragging and on mobile with explicit controls.
      • NewDescribe a recurring instruction in plain English and get back a reviewable automation recipe. Recipes are created paused — you read what it will do before turning it on.
      • NewDefine your own metrics when the built-in ones don't match how you measure the business.
      • ImprovedProduction tenant boundaries hardened, with row-level isolation enforced across every tenant table.
    7. July 11–17, 2026

Lease abstraction, e-signature, and the first agent loops

Three substantial additions: leases became structured data, documents could be sent for signature, and the agents started running on their own.

      • NewLease abstraction — upload an executed lease and get back structured parties, dates, options, and expense terms — plus invoice and CAM reconciliation against what the lease actually permits.
      • NewDocuSign and Dropbox Sign integrations. Connect your own account and send documents for signature without leaving SuiteCRE.
      • NewThe first autonomous agent loops, with an activity feed showing what each agent did and when.
      • NewInteractive space tours for listings, one per available suite.
      • NewBranded web push notifications to your phone, with a test button so you can confirm they work.
      • NewTag listings, deals, and contacts in the assistant with @ instead of picking from a dropdown.
      • NewForward or BCC correspondence to a private address on your account to file it against the right contact and deal.
      • ImprovedAssistant email drafts hand off to your own mail app, so connecting an inbox never gives SuiteCRE the ability to send as you.
      • ImprovedAn in-app banner tells you when a new release has shipped.
      • FixedA long list of mobile assistant fixes: the panel no longer sits off-screen, the input stays above the keyboard, and iOS no longer zooms on focus.
    8. July 8–12, 2026

Buyer chat, escalation controls, and the inquiries inbox

Buyer chat became a real product surface: configurable, reviewable, and resolvable.

      • NewBuyer chat escalation is now broker-configurable — turn individual categories on or off, add your own keywords, and decide whether unanswerable questions escalate to you.
      • NewA Buyer Chats inbox with counts and filters for conversations the assistant handled on its own versus the ones that escalated.
      • NewEscalations can be resolved and keep a resolved history.
      • NewA 14-day trial wired through from pricing to signup to checkout.
      • ImprovedRewritten Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and a new Cookie Policy.
      • FixedBuyer conversations stay open until the buyer confirms they're done, and no longer duplicate messages or over-escalate.
