What SuiteCRE connects to, what each connection can access, and what it deliberately cannot.
Updated August 2026
Connections are set up in Settings. Each one is scoped to the narrowest access that makes the feature work, and each can be disconnected without affecting the data already in your account.
Connect Gmail or Outlook to match incoming mail to contacts and deals, so the correspondence on a transaction is visible against the transaction.
SuiteCRE does not send mail as you. Drafts the assistant produces hand off to your own mail client, where you review and send. This is why the email connection does not request send permission.
If you would rather not connect an inbox at all, you can forward or BCC correspondence to a private address on your account and it will be filed the same way.
Calendar
Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync both directions for events only. Showings, closings, and deadlines stay consistent between SuiteCRE and the calendar you actually live in.
E-signature
DocuSign and Dropbox Sign. You connect your own account, so signatures, audit trails, and retention stay with your provider. See Documents.
Messaging
WhatsApp and SMS, paired to your own phone number, give you the assistant on your phone. See The assistant on your phone.
Claude
A custom connector that lets Claude read your CRM and save drafts back into it. See Using SuiteCRE from Claude.
Listing sources
Import a listing by URL from supported commercial marketplaces. Property details come across as a draft for you to confirm rather than being published automatically.
Push notifications
Install SuiteCRE to your phone’s home screen and enable push to get escalations, stale-deal alerts, and new leads as notifications. You choose which categories are allowed to interrupt you.
Billing
Payments are handled by Stripe. Card details are entered with Stripe directly and are never stored by SuiteCRE.
Disconnecting
Disconnecting an integration revokes SuiteCRE’s access immediately and stops future sync. Data already imported, including matched emails, synced events, and executed envelopes, stays in your account unless you delete it.
