    Using SuiteCRE from Claude

Connect your SuiteCRE account to Claude so you can ask questions and draft work against your own CRM data from any Claude conversation.

    Updated August 2026

SuiteCRE publishes a custom connector for Claude. Once it is connected, you can open Claude on the web, desktop, or your phone and ask questions against your own CRM, and have Claude write results back into SuiteCRE as drafts and notes.

This is useful when the work is bigger than a single answer: researching a set of relationships, drafting a batch of outreach, or reasoning across a lease and a pipeline at the same time.

    Before you start

    • Custom connectors require a Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan. This is a Claude requirement, not ours.
    • Sign in to the connector with the same email address you use for SuiteCRE. That is how your Claude session is matched to your account.

    Connecting

    1. In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
    2. Paste the SuiteCRE connector URL: https://suitecre.com/api/mcp
    3. Complete the sign-in prompt once. Claude will remember the connection.

You only do this once per Claude account. If the sign-in step fails, confirm you are on a Claude plan that supports custom connectors. That is the most common cause.

    How it works

The connector gives Claude a set of read and write actions against your account, and nothing else. When you ask a question, Claude picks the actions it needs and chains them, looking up a contact, reading the deal it belongs to, then saving a draft, and shows you each step.

    What Claude can read

    • Your contacts, including their recent interactions and deals
    • Your deal pipeline and the notes attached to each deal
    • Your leads and your calendar
    • Your listing documents, searched by meaning rather than keyword, so an answer comes back with the passage and the source it came from
    • Your commissions and tax settings

    What Claude can write

Write access is separate and must be granted explicitly.

    • Email drafts: saved into SuiteCRE as paused drafts for you to review and send from the app. Claude cannot send mail on your behalf.
    • Tasks
    • Calendar events
    • Deal notes
    • Commission tax settings

A connection without write permission is read-only and fails closed. No setting quietly upgrades a read-only connection.

    Things worth asking

“Who are my top ten leads this month? For each, draft a personalized second-touch email referencing our last interaction, and save the drafts.”

“What’s on my calendar this week, and which of my negotiation-stage deals haven’t had a note in the last ten days?”

“What does the lease for 123 Main St say about the renewal option? Add a note to that deal summarizing it.”

    Commission math

The commission and tax tools share the same calculation engine as the Commissions page in the app, so the numbers Claude gives you match what you see in SuiteCRE. All tax output is a planning estimate, not tax advice.

    Security

A connection can only ever reach the signed-in broker’s own records. Your identity is taken from the verified sign-in, never from anything Claude sends, so a request cannot be pointed at another account. Write access requires its own explicit permission on top of read access.

You can revoke the connector at any time from Claude’s connector settings. Revoking cuts off access immediately; drafts and notes already saved into SuiteCRE stay where they are.
