    The CRM

    Call notes and call intelligence

Capturing what was said on a call, filing it against the right contact, and getting the follow-ups out of it.

    Updated August 2026

The details that matter in brokerage are said out loud and then forgotten. Call notes exist to close that gap.

    Capturing a call

You can dictate a summary after a call, or capture the call itself where you have the participants’ consent to do so. Either way the result is a transcript and a structured summary rather than a raw recording you will never listen to again.

    What comes out of it

    • A summary of what was discussed
    • Follow-ups: commitments made on the call, surfaced as tasks you can accept
    • Signals: requirements, timelines, objections, and concerns raised, extracted so they are searchable later

    Assigning to a contact

Assign the call to a contact and it becomes part of their interaction history. This is the step worth not skipping: an assigned call feeds staleness tracking, shows up when the assistant drafts a follow-up, and is findable two years from now when you are trying to remember what someone said about their expansion plans.

    Consent

Recording law varies by state and several states require all parties to consent. SuiteCRE gives you the tooling; the obligation to get consent before recording is yours. When in doubt, dictate a summary after the call instead. You get most of the value with none of the exposure.
