Getting started
Quickstart
Get from an empty account to a working pipeline in about thirty minutes.
Updated August 2026
This is the shortest path to a SuiteCRE account that is actually useful. It assumes you are a working broker with existing contacts and at least one live deal. Budget about thirty minutes.
1. Create your account
Sign up with email and a password, or with your Google or Microsoft account. If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, use the same address you use for work email. Connecting your inbox and calendar later is then one click instead of a reconciliation exercise.
New accounts start on a 14-day trial. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can switch plans afterward without losing data.
2. Fill in your profile and branding
Go to Settings and complete your profile: name, brokerage, license number, phone, and headshot. Then add your logo and brand color. This is not cosmetic. Your profile and branding are what get stamped onto offering memos, pro formas, buyer chat pages, and the partner cards you share with clients. Doing it once now saves you from a dozen unbranded PDFs later.
3. Bring in your contacts
Import contacts from a CSV or spreadsheet export from your previous system. Map the columns you care about, usually name, email, phone, company, and role, and skip the rest. It is faster to import a clean subset and enrich later than to fight a messy full export.
If you are starting fresh, add your ten most active relationships by hand. That is enough for the rest of the setup to be meaningful.
4. Connect email and calendar
Connect Google or Outlook from Settings. This lets SuiteCRE match incoming mail to contacts and deals, and keeps your calendar in sync so showings and closings appear in both places.
The assistant drafts email but hands it off to your own mail client to send, so connecting your inbox never gives SuiteCRE the ability to send mail as you.
5. Add one live deal and one listing
Create a single real deal and move it to its actual stage. Then add a listing, either by hand or by importing it from a listing URL. One of each is enough to make the dashboard, reports, and agents show real information instead of zeroes.
6. Turn on buyer chat for that listing
Open the listing, upload the offering memo and any supporting documents, and enable buyer chat. You will get a shareable link that answers buyer questions from those documents and routes anything sensitive back to you. See Buyer chat before you share the link publicly. The escalation settings are worth two minutes.
7. Ask the assistant something
Open the assistant and ask it something you actually want to know: “Which deals have had no activity in two weeks?” or “Summarize what I know about this contact.” Use @ to tag a specific listing, deal, or contact so it answers against the right record.
What to leave for later
You do not need to configure agents, lead rules, commission tax settings, or the Claude connector on day one. Those get better once there is real data in the account. Come back to them in week two.
