What SuiteCRE is
A map of the platform: the system of record, the AI layer that works on top of it, and the surfaces you can reach it from.
Updated August 2026
SuiteCRE is a commercial real estate CRM with an AI layer built into it rather than bolted on. It is designed for independent brokers and small teams who need one system that holds contacts, deals, listings, documents, and commissions, and then works against that data rather than only storing it.
The three layers
Almost everything in the product falls into one of three layers. It is worth understanding the split, because it explains why features behave the way they do.
1. The system of record
Contacts, companies, deals, listings, tasks, calendar events, documents, leases, commissions, and expenses. This is ordinary CRM data that you own and edit directly. Nothing here happens automatically.
2. The AI layer
The broker assistant, buyer chat, and the revenue agents all read from layer one. They draft, summarize, search, and propose. With the narrow exceptions each page names, they send and commit nothing until you approve it.
3. The surfaces
The same data and the same assistant are reachable from the web app, your phone over WhatsApp or SMS, and from Claude through a connector. They are entry points into one product. A note you add from WhatsApp is the note you see on the deal in the web app.
What lives where
| If you want to… | Go to |
|---|---|
| Track a transaction from LOI to close | Deals |
| Market a property and field buyer questions | Listings, and the buyer chat link it generates |
| Store and search offering memos, leases, and reports | Documents |
| Abstract a lease or reconcile CAM charges | Leases |
| Forecast income and set aside for taxes | Commissions |
| Find new owners, buyers, or off-market opportunities | Leads and Market |
| See what the assistant handled while you were out | Dashboard, and the Buyer Chats inbox |
The approval model
This is the single most important thing to understand about the AI features. SuiteCRE is built so that anything with an outside consequence, such as an email, a calendar invite, or a message to a client, arrives as a draft or a proposal that lands in your queue. You review it, edit it, and send it.
Low-risk internal actions are the exception: creating a task, logging an interaction, or writing a note can happen automatically when you have configured an automation to do so. Every one of those is recorded so you can see what ran and why.
Buyer chat is the one place where the assistant speaks to someone else without you in the loop first, and it is deliberately constrained. See Buyer chat for exactly what it will and will not say.
