Listings
Creating and importing listings, space tours, parcel data, and the public-facing pieces buyers see.
Updated August 2026
A listing is a property you are marketing. It holds the property facts, the photos, the documents, and the public surfaces that buyers and tenants interact with.
Creating a listing
You have three ways in:
- By hand: fill in address, type, size, price, zoning, parking, and amenities
- By import: paste a listing URL from a supported marketplace and the property details come across, which you then review
- From a document: upload an existing offering memo and pull the property facts out of it
Imported and extracted data always lands as a draft for you to confirm. Nothing goes live off an import alone.
Statuses
Listings move through Draft, Active, Under LOI, Pending, Sold, Withdrawn, Expired, and Archived. Status is not cosmetic. It controls what the public-facing pieces do. Buyer chat scheduling, for example, is only offered while a listing is Active or Under LOI.
Space tours
A space tour is an interactive walkthrough of one available space on a listing. A multi-suite property can carry several, one per suite, so a prospective tenant can look at the specific space they care about rather than a single video of the whole building.
Parcel data
Where county parcel data is available for your market, you can link a listing to its parcel. That gives you the legal boundary, lot lines drawn on the property map, and the recorded ownership and sales history, which flows into offering memos and comps instead of being retyped.
Coverage is county by county. If your market is not covered yet, the listing works normally without it.
Documents on a listing
Upload the offering memo, rent roll, financials, surveys, and environmental reports to the listing. Two things happen: they become searchable alongside the rest of your document library, and they become the source material buyer chat answers from. Upload quality determines answer quality. See Buyer chat.
What buyers see
Each listing can produce a public page with a chat assistant attached to it. That page is unauthenticated and reachable by anyone with the link, so treat the link as public. Confidential material stays in your document library and is not exposed through it unless you explicitly attach it to the listing.
